The Roosevelt Neighbors' Alliance (RNA) is is a community-based alliance of residents, local businesses, and institutions whose aim is to preserve and enhance the quality of life and to help shape the future of the neighborhood.
The RNA is a non-profit, neighborhood organization serving the northwest sector of Seattle’s University District surrounding Roosevelt Way, an area whose landmarks include the historic University Branch Library and University Playground Park, Seattle’s first fenced park since 1911.
RNA’s constituency is the University District neighborhood between I-5 and Brooklyn Ave NE (east-west), and NE 45th St and NE Ravenna Blvd (north-south).
